Everyone knows that a bee is nothing without her hive. A bee’s purpose is to put the needs of the hive above all else, after all. So, what happens when a bee is forced to strike out on her own? Buzzkill follows  the misadventures of Zinnia the exiled honeybee soldier and her boisterous companion Milt the mealworm as they quest to regain the favor of the hive. After hearing word of a supposed superweapon hidden among the Fire Ant army, Zinnia sets off to track it down with hopes that retrieving it could win back the favor of the Bee Queen.
